This strategic agreement consists of utilizing Ethnic Technologies' proprietary database enhancement software called "E-Tech", which performs a predictive name and profile analysis process to identify ethnic origin, probable religion, and the language preference of individuals. MailCreations.com's postal with matching email database of over 55 million unique members has already been analyzed and encoded by "E-Tech".

MailCreations.com's clients now have access to one of the largest multicultural and ethnic postal with matching email database in the market. Some of the new selects enabled by "E-tech" include, religion selects such as, Buddhist, Catholic, Jewish, and Protestant; ethnic background selects such as African American, Asian American, Native American, Jewish, and Hispanic; and preferred language spoken at home such as, Spanish, Japanese, Vietnamese, and Hindu.
