ZACHARY WILHOIT: CEO Zachary Wilhoit is the CEO at Ethnic Technologies (E-TECH). He is responsible for setting and achieving the company's strategic goals in the global, multi-channel marketing industry. Mr. Wilhoit has been a senior executive in the high tech industry including all aspects of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), software, hardware, and large database, high bandwidth Information Technology (IT). He has been responsible for all product marketing, product development, data, content, business development, and mergers & acquisitions (M&A) at major publicly held corporations. Mr. Wilhoit has authored or co-authored a number of papers including "Corporate Data Quality Strategy" presented at MIT's International Conference on Information Quality. He has also held leadership roles in various industry and academic Customer-Centric Information Quality Management groups. Mr. Wilhoit is Chairman of the Patient Advisory Board and a member of the Boards of Directors of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS). Mr. Wilhoit has an MBA degree (Baker Scholar) from Harvard University, an MS degree in Electrical Engineering & Computer Science from MIT, and a BS degree in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
GINGER NELSON: Managing Partner - Cofounder - Ethnic Research Ginger Nelson is the Managing Partner and Cofounder of Ethnic Technologies, LLC. Ms. Nelson has spent her whole life in the direct marketing industry. In 1958, her father founded Consumers Marketing Research, Inc. From the time she was a teenager in the 1960s, Ms. Nelson worked there, rising to President. She has an extensive background in list compilation, data validation, and list management. During the early 1970's, Ms. Nelson helped to create the first surname based multicultural targeting system and created the first algorithms to accurately locate African Americans. Ms. Nelson has made multicultural and language preference targeting her life's work. She has also been active in the Direct Marketing Association's multicultural committees. For years, the business media has quoted Ms. Nelson on her knowledge about multicultural marketing. Upon becoming President of CMR, she guided its ethnic research, diversifying its approach to include first names for language identification.
T.J. LINDSAY: CFO - Cofounder T.J. Lindsay is the Chief Financial Officer for Ethnic Technologies, LLC. Ms. Lindsay has over 37 years experience in Data Base research and technology, over 12 of which are in the direct marketing industry. She served 6 years as President of TAP Systems, the developer of the Lindsay Cultural Identification Determinant (LCID) system, the first system that used first names, last names, expert system rules, and geographic factoring together to do ethnic segmentation. Previously, she served over two years as Director of Data Base Administration for Popular Club, 5 years as Director of Data Base and Communication Systems with McGraw-Hill, and 10 years as the Corporate Data Administrator for the Manville Corporation. Ms. Lindsay has been a guest speaker for the IEEE Symposium on the Handling of Very Large Databases and was an invited member of the Futures Steering Committee for Guide, an IBM User Group.

CANDACE KENNEDY, MBA: Sales and Marketing Director Candace Kennedy is Sales and Marketing Director for Ethnic Technologies, LLC. Since 2004, Ms. Kennedy has held this position after rising through sales and management positions within the company. Ms. Kennedy has extensive knowledge and experience in the multicultural marketing trends and communities. She has helped to develop strategic marketing plans and models to put businesses and marketers in touch with these growing multicultural markets. Ms. Kennedy has helped develop E-Tech's current corporate branding, product positioning, and advertising strategies. Ms. Kennedy has 18 years of previous experience in marketing, client service, and management. She was a member of the SAE International for over 20 years. Ms. Kennedy holds an MBA from New York University in NYC.
JERRY HOLSTE: Director of Research Jerry Holste comes from a research background. He most notably worked at Ogilvy & Mather where he was Senior Database Program Analyst using both quantitative and qualitative research to create marketing models for existing clients as well as new business pitches. Mr. Holste has also served as Marketing Director for the Prometheus Theater and Stage Shadows. At Ethnic Technologies, LLC, Mr. Holste oversees daily ethnic research, data mining, corrections and enhancements to the name, rule, and geographic tables. Since December 2004, Mr. Holste has been working for E-Tech's research and development team he was promoted to his current position as Director of Research in June of 2009.
ZEINA MANSILLA: Office Management - Accounting Zeina Mansilla is Office Manager for Ethnic Technologies. She is responsible for all phases of daily operation including, but not limited to, human resources, book keeping, and input to management on the development and implementation of policies and procedures. Prior to working at Ethnic Technologies, Ms. Mansilla was an administrative assistant at Consumers Marketing Research reporting to CMR's President, Ginger Nelson. In addition to her supervisory responsibilities, she was accountable for all phases of sales implementation. Since 2000, Ms. Mansillas' organizational skills and commitment to educational advancement have helped create an efficient and productive work environment.
CARL SANSONE: Manager of Information Systems Mr. Sansone has been actively involved in the computer pc/network industry for more than 25 years. He holds numerous industry certifications including Novell, Microsoft, Cisco, and Linux. Mr. Sansone holds a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from the Columbia University Computer Technology Application program in New York City.
