Zachary Wilhoit, CEO

Zachary Wilhoit is the CEO at Ethnic Technologies. He is responsible for setting and achieving the company's strategic goals in the global, multi-channel marketing industry.

Mr. Wilhoit has been a senior executive in the high tech industry including all aspects of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), software, hardware, and large database, high bandwidth Information Technology (IT). He has been responsible for all product marketing, product development, data, content, business development, and mergers & acquisitions (M&A) at major publicly held corporations.

Mr. Wilhoit has authored or co-authored a number of papers including "Corporate Data Quality Strategy" presented at MIT's International Conference on Information Quality. He has also held leadership roles in various industry and academic Customer-Centric Information Quality Management groups.

Mr. Wilhoit was Chairman of the Patient Advisory Board and a member of the Boards of Directors of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS).

Mr. Wilhoit has an MBA degree (Baker Scholar) from Harvard University, an M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT, and a B.S. degree in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.


Karen Sinisi, Director of Sales

Karen Sinisi has 20+ years of experience in the Direct Marketing industry. She began her career in 1988 with Conrad Direct, working both in List Management and Brokerage with non-profits and publishers. She also spent several years at JAMI Marketing Services, working in List Management and cultivating new clients.

Ms. Sinisi was a member of the Board Of Directors for the West Coast Chapter of the Florida Direct Marketing Association, and also held the position of Newsletter Editor for that organization. She has worked closely over the years with major mailers in such verticals as Financial, Non-Profit, Publishing, Sweepstakes, Insurance and Telecommunications.

Ms. Sinisi speaks at DM and Multicultural conferences around the country and holds a B.A. in Anthropology/Sociology from Rollins College in FL.


Amalia Tsiongas, Director of Research and Product Development

Amalia Tsiongas has been working as a linguist, creative product designer and big data analyst for 8 years. Ms. Tsiongas leads the Research and Product Development team, charged with constantly innovating and expanding upon the industry-leading ethnic predication algorithm, E-Tech. 

Ms. Tsiongas is an active member of the American Names Society and has presented at prestigious International Conferences such as the ICONN3 in Romania.

In addition to her background in data analytics, Ms. Tsiongas has a working knowledge of five languages including Spanish, French, Modern Greek and Quechua. Ms. Tsiongas holds a B.A. in Linguistics from Swarthmore College.


Carl Sansone, Manager of Information Systems

Mr. Sansone has been actively involved in the computer PC/network industry for more than 25 years. He holds numerous industry certifications including Novell, Microsoft, Cisco and Linux.
