Zachary Wilhoit, CEO
Zachary Wilhoit is the CEO at Ethnic Technologies. He is responsible for setting and achieving the company's strategic goals in the global, multi-channel marketing industry.
Mr. Wilhoit has been a senior executive in the high tech industry including all aspects of Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), software, hardware, and large database, high bandwidth Information Technology (IT). He has been responsible for all product marketing, product development, data, content, business development, and mergers & acquisitions (M&A) at major publicly held corporations.
Mr. Wilhoit has authored or co-authored a number of papers including "Corporate Data Quality Strategy" presented at MIT's International Conference on Information Quality. He has also held leadership roles in various industry and academic Customer-Centric Information Quality Management groups.
Mr. Wilhoit was Chairman of the Patient Advisory Board and a member of the Boards of Directors of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS).
Mr. Wilhoit has an MBA degree (Baker Scholar) from Harvard University, an M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT, and a B.S. degree in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
T.J. Lindsay, CFO
T.J. Lindsay is the Chief Financial Officer, having held that title since Ethnic Technologies was formed in 1997. At that time she was President of TAP Systems Inc., whose name identification system was the first approach that used first names, last names, expert system rules and geo-intelligence data to predict Ethnicity, Religion and Language Preference.
Prior to co-founding TAP Systems and Ethnic Technologies, Ms. Lindsay served for over 2 years as Director of Database Administration for Popular Services, Inc., 5 years as Director of Database and Communications Systems for McGraw Hill Information Services and 10 years as the Corporate Data Administrator for the Manville Corporation.
She holds a B.A. from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
Carl Sansone, Manager of Information Systems
Mr. Sansone has been actively involved in the computer PC/network industry for more than 25 years. He holds numerous industry certifications including Novell, Microsoft, Cisco and Linux.
Karen Sinisi, Director of Sales
Karen Sinisi has 20+ years of experience in the Direct Marketing industry. She began her career in 1988 with Conrad Direct, working both in List Management and Brokerage with non-profits and publishers. She also spent several years at JAMI Marketing Services, working in List Management and cultivating new clients.
Ms. Sinisi was a member of the Board Of Directors for the West Coast Chapter of the Florida Direct Marketing Association, and also held the position of Newsletter Editor for that organization. She has worked closely over the years with major mailers in such verticals as Financial, Non-Profit, Publishing, Sweepstakes, Insurance and Telecommunications.
Ms. Sinisi speaks at DM and Multicultural conferences around the country and holds a B.A. in Anthropology/Sociology from Rollins College in FL.
Lisa Spira, Director of Research and Product Development
Lisa Spira is the Director of Research and Product Development at Ethnic Technologies. In this position, she designs the new logic behind each E-Tech release.
Ms. Spira joined the company in 2008 after earning a B.A. in Linguistics from Syracuse University. As a linguist, but specifically an onomastician (an expert in the study of proper names), she continually improves the ethnic name research at the core of E-Tech and G-Tech. Additionally, she helps develop sister products under the E-Tech brand, particularly focusing on their relation to ethnicity.
Ms. Spira has published work in onomastics in the Geographical Review and presented about the intersection of name research and marketing at both national and international conferences. She is currently on the Executive Council of the American Name Society.
